Terms of Service

Be respectul

  • Use common sense and decency when interacting with the Artist.

  • The artist protects their peace. Bigoted users will be blocked.

Fulfillment process

  • The Commissioner makes a request.

  • If the commission is accepted, the Artist quote the Commissioner.

  • If accepting, the Commissioner will deposit 50% of the price and notify the Artist.

  • The Artist will start working after the initial payment is received.

After making the payment

  • The Commissioner will receive an order number.

  • The Commissioner will be able to track the progress of their order here, and checkin with the Artist through their established communication channels.

Delivery timeline and method

  • Deadline depends on the Commissioner’s spot on the queue, and the complexity level of their order.

  • The Commissioner will receive a confirmation for the delivery date estimate along with the invoice.

  • Deadline may change if there are delays in deposit payment.

  • The delivery package will be sent over Google Drive and will be available for a span of 7 days since the delivery is notified.

Changes

  • It is recommendable that the Commissioner make sure of the concept they want to go with as we establish it in the Briefing.

  • The Commissioner can make a request, should any changes be neccesary. The Artist will confirm if the change is viable.

  • If the Artist has a comment on an element that needs changing, they will get in contact with the Commissioner.

Limits on usage and revisions

  • The Commissioner can request one free (reasonable complexity level) revision, after which they will be charged.

Refunds

  • Cancellation by the Commissioner at the briefing phase, before sketch has been initiated = full refund.

  • Cancellation by the Commissioner at the sketch phase, before inking has been initiated = 75% refund.

  • Cancellation by the Commissioner at the inking phase, before coloring and shading has been initiated = 50% refund.

  • Cancellation by the Commissioner at the coloring and shading phase = 25% refund.

  • Cancellation by the Artist — which will only be caused by rare, unforeseen circumstances = full refund.

  • In all cases, the Commissioner will receive a link to a delivery package containing the work completed to date. The link will be available for 7 days after the cancellation, after which it will be disabled.

Schedule and response times

The Artist takes weekends off. Some holidays may be observed - the Commissioner will be notified on this.The artist's time zone is AST, and response times can range from nearly immediate to under 12 hours.
